- You can watch the video to get an idea about pre-recorded PowerPoint presentation.

One of the paper's authors or co-authors must be present and available for discussion during the poster session. Posters will be displayed in the conference room.
In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.
Submitting an Abstract
- The maximum word limit for the abstract is 350-500 words.
- Your submission must be in English.
- We encourage you to send a complete, informative abstract which is a compendious summary of a paper's substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- Please submit a brief biography along with the abstract.
Submitting a Full Paper
Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, tables, figures, and references.
- Before submitting your paper, ensure it has been thoroughly checked for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proofread by a native English speaker. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is deemed insufficient for publication.
- All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished experimental or theoretical research results.
- Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
Paper acceptance criteria
Papers lacking an original research contribution will be rejected.
